With the Managed Services model we, in effect, become your in-house resource department, and take sole responsibility for the following functions:

• Permanent and temporary recruitment
• Pay rolling of all contractors, both agency and direct
• Interviewing and referencing of all applicants both internally and externally
• On Site Resource Manager - depending on the size of your organisation, and requirements ICON can also provide an in-house Human Resource Manager who will be responsible for all of your personnel requirements
